Account Deletion - How to

If you would like to permanently delete your StudioRoster account, please follow the steps below. This process will remove your personal data from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for analytics purposes.

Steps to Delete Your Account

• Open the StudioRoster app and navigate to Profile > Settings ⚙ > Delete Account > Delete Account > Delete My Account .
• Confirm that you want to delete your account by entering the random generate string. Then enter the password you use to sign in to the app
• Your account and all associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Profile information: display name, company name.
• Encrypted sensitive information: first name, last name, address, email, phone number, date of birth.
• Subscription or usage data linked to your account.

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics and reporting purposes. Certain information may also be retained to comply with legal obligations, for a period of up to 24 months.
